Crabs in a barrel? Could be your habits...

You know, one climbs, others tug it back. We often use this when talking about other people.
I was just thinking, this is not just about people but also about habits. The invisible crabs, little setups that make slipping back easy.
The 'just-in-case' ice cream, the saved chat, the 'only this once'.
There’s that line in Proverbs 6:10-12, 'A little sleep, a little slumber,
a little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty will come on you like a thief...'
I hear it as tiny repeats, procrastination, laziness...will have you in the rut you desperately want to climb out of.
Not advice just me naming one crab today and what it’s been costing.
What are yours?
